| The
Writeup: Suzanne Somers is a seemingly ageless blonde
who has built an enormous career on television. Suzanne got
her start as a spokesmodel on the tv gameshow The Anniversary
Game, and she later married the host of the show. In the early
70's she landed a number of small parts in tv show sand movies,
but it wasn't until 1977 that she got her big break, getting
cast in the future hit TV show Three's Company. Opposite John
Ritter and Joyce DeWitt, Suzanne played the ditzy blonde and
was the breakout star of the show. A true blonde bombshell,
she was fired from the series before the start of it's fifth
season after she asked for a raise. She took some time off
and in 1985 got back to work, starring in a number of forgettable
tv movies. This continued until 1991 when she was cast in
the ABC series Step By Step, a Brady Bunch knockoff that would
become another hit for Suzanne. She hasn't worked in recent
years, but her thighmaster workout contraption still sells
very well. |
