Writeup: Susan Dey is a well remembered TV star, having
been on a couple of the most popular TV shows in memory. She
began her career in 1970 playing Laurie Partridge (I believe
she was the hot one) on The Patridge Family. The show lasted
for 4 years and cemented Susan as a star. One might think
because of the fleeting nature of popularity from a show like
that she might have turned into a has been in her older age,
like many young TV stars have, but Susan went on to bigger
and better things, starring on LA Law, one of the most popular
shows of the 80s, from 1986-1992. She also starred in the
series Love & War from 1992-93. She has a long resume
of made for TV movies, although none are really worth mentioning.
Her feature films include The Captive: The Longest Drive 2
(1976), First Love (1977), Love and Bullets (1985), The Trouble
with Dick (1987) and Rain (2001). Susan continues to act to
this day, appearing in all mediums. |
