Writeup: Shawnee Smith is an attractive brunette with
an angular face who has developed an impressive and varied
resume since appearing in the 1982 version of Annie as a dancer.
She was in movies and television as a teenager, performing
in memorable feature films like Iron Eagle and Summer School
before turning 18. She also had roles in a number of TV movies
and even had a part in the short lived 1986 TV series All
Is Forgiven. Some of the most memorable feature films she's
been in include The Blob (1988), Leaving Las Vegas (1995),
Female Perversions (1996), and Armageddon (1998). She is a
long time veteran of TV, having prominent roles in two Stephen
King minis, The Stand and the 1997 remake of The Shining.
In 1998 she was cast on the Ted Danson show Becker and that
remains her current employment. |
