Writeup: Rebecca Miller is a former actress who has
given up acting to move into the production side of things.
She made her in the 1989 film Georg Elser - Einer aus Deutschland
and in the next five years would appear in six feature films
before giving up acting in 1994. Her films are Regarding Henry
(1991), Wind (1992), Consenting Adults (1992), The Pickle
(1993), Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle (1994), and Love
Affair (1994). In 1995 she wrote and directed Angela, a small
independent film. In 1996 she married Daniel Day-Lewis and,
judging by her resume, took some five years off before returning
to writing/directing. She has written three films, Personal
Velocity: Three Portraits (2002), Rose and the Snake (2004),
Proof (2004) and directed the first two. |
