Portia got her big break when she was cast as Nelle Porter
in the smash hit series Ally McBeal on fox. Playing the sexy
ice queen (a part she seems particularly adept at), Portia
brought a little more fire and sex appeal to the show, something
it was lacking in it's first year (she was brought in along
with Lucy Liu in the second year to sex it up a little). Since
Ally's cancellation, Portia has been cast in a number of indie
films and tv projects. She has landed a role in Fox's new
show Arrested Development and looks to maintain her presence
in Hollywood for years to come. |
