Writeup: The star of Bend It Like Beckham has seen
her career, and level of fame, shoot through the roof thanks
to the success of that little indie. She bagged a role on
ER, putting her in front of 20 million viewers per week, and
multiple movie roles followed quickly. I think we'll be seeing
a lot of Parminder in the future. The unique thing is that
she's Indian, and minorities rarely get a chance to make it
big in Hollywood. Hopefully she'll follow through and kick
ass all over Hollywood. |
