| The
Writeup: Pamela Reed is a delightful, talented actress
adept at delivering a sarcastic line. She is strong with comedy,
but equally up to the challenge when it comes to drama as
well. She made her feature film debut in The Long Riders (1980)
and has since appeared in a number of notable films, including
Eyewitness (1981), The Right Stuff (1983, playing Trudy Cooper),
The Goodbye People (1984), The Best of Times (1986, which
starred Robin Williams), Chattahoochee (1989), Cadillac Man
(1990, once again starring Robin Williams, this time she played
his ex wife), Kindergarten Cop (1990, coming off well in this
comedic performance opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger), Bob Roberts
(1992), Junior (1994, again doing comedy with Schwarzenegger),
Bean (1997), Standing on Fishes (1999), and Proof of Life
(2000, which really stunk). She's no stranger to television
either, appearing twice in a mini series in 1988, Hemingway
(1988) and Tanner '88 (1988) plus starring in the TV shows
Grand (1990), Family Album (1993), and The Home Court (1995),
none of which lasted beyond season 1. |
