Writeup: PJ Soles has a devoted following of fans
due to her status as a cult film actress. Oddly enough, during
her heyday she was mostly underappreciated and didn't really
enjoy any sort of fame. She's been a part of many memorable
horror and slasher films, many of them enjoying a cult status
in our culture. Her feature film debut came in 1976's Carrie,
and she subsequently appeared in the hit films Halloween,
Rock N Roll High School, Private Benjamin, and Stripes. She
hasn't worked frequently since the late 80s, but she appears
in the occasional feature film, most notably the 1999 Rose
McGowan film Jawbreaker. |
