beautiful and talented woman who has found herself short on
parts in recent years. She landed a primo featured role on
The West Wing but was dropped, or quit after the first season
for reason I don't know. Since then she has worked sparingly,
although she has a recurring role on the WB's dramatic series
One Tree Hill. Once seemingly overflowing with potential,
it seems as if Moira has hit a wall when it comes to career
