Writeup: The lovely Mitzi Kapture is a bona fide TV
star, having starred on three TV shows in her career, working
fairly consistently since the early 90s. However, it all began
in the late 80s with a role in the feature film House II:
The Second Story (1987), a silly slasher flick involving reanimated
corpses, ancient Aztec skulls, and demons. She appeared in
a few more movies of this caliber, including Lethal Pursuit
(1988), Angel III: The Final Chapter (1988), and Liberty &
Bash (1990) before landing her career making role as Lt. Sam
Lance on the USA Network series Silk Stalkings, a sexy take
on the cop drama genre. She starred on the show with Rob Estes
until 1995 when they brought in a new set of detectives to
take over the show. In 1998 she was cast on Baywatch, playing
Alex Ryker, a love interest for Mitch (David Hasselhof). She
was only with the show for one season and now she appeared
on The Young And The Restless as Anita Hodges, a role she
landed in 2002. |
