Writeup: Mira Furlan is originally from Croatia and
was, and still is, a huge star in her home country. She left
for the United States in 1991 due to the political strife
in the country, and it wasn't long before Mira was cast on
the science ficiton series Babylon 5, appearing as the sexy
Delenn for the show's entire run. Her other American credits
include the TV movies My Antonia (1995) and Thirdspace (1998).
Everything else on her resume is Yugoslavian in origin. She
is actually one of her home country's most beloved actresses,
winning two Golden Arenas (the Yugoslav Oscar) and appearing
