Writeup: Born in 1963 in Maryland, Lisa came into
acting later than most do, she was already over 30 by the
time she debuted in the series My Wildest Dreams (1995). The
next year she wrote and produced the series Life's Work. It
only ran for one year, canceled in 1997, but it's an impressive
feat to create your own show, which is essentially what she
did. In 1996 Lisa began her feature film career, starring
opposite Whoopi Goldberg in Eddie (1996). She would go on
to appear in The Parent Trap (1998), Get Your Stuff (2000),
Early Bird Special (2001), Bruce Almighty (2003) and will
have a role in the upcoming Shall We Dance? (2004), starring
Richard Gere. She continues to work on television, appearing
in the unsuccessful sitcom Emeril (2001 - canceled fairly
quickly) and Breaking News (2002), a quickly axed drama series
on Bravo. |
