Writeup: A wonderful TV star, Linda Gray is most famous
for the role of Sue Ellen on the long running prime time soap
Dallas, which ran from 1978-1991, although she bowed out after
1989. Her first big time role was the feature film That Lucky
Touch (1975), playing a big part. That same year she appeared
in the TV movie The Big Rip-Off (1975). She also appeared
in the TV movie Murder in Peyton Place (1977) before being
cast on Dallas. After Dallas she stayed with TV, appearing
in a number of TV movies, including The Entertainers (1991),
Highway Heartbreaker (1992), Bonanza: The Return (1993), Dallas:
J.R. Returns (1996), Dallas: War of the Ewings (1998), and
After Dallas (2002). Clearly, she made quite a career out
of that role on Dallas. She has also appeared on the TV shows
Models Inc. (1994), and Melrose Place (1994 - just in 1994) |
