Writeup: A stunningly beautiful British actress Lesley
began modeling for commercials at the age of ten and was voted
Britain's Most Beautiful Teenager in 1970. Although she had
roles in feature films before the show, it was her role in
the series Upstairs, Downstairs that made her an in demand
star. In the mid to late 70s she was a star, playing the lead
in films such as The Pink Panther Strikes Again (1976), The
Betsy (1978), The Great Train Robbery (1979), Rough Cut (1980)
and Sphinx (1981). After that the magic seemed to run out,
none of those films were breakout hits, and Lesley has since
appeared mostly in TV movies and low rent feature films. |
