The Writeup: Born in 1955, Leann Hunley is a longtime veteran of television, having appeared as a series regular on six TV shows, plus starring in five TV movies, and let's not forget the countless guest starring roles. She has also starred in the feature films The Beverly Hillbillies (1993), Cops n Roberts (1995), Your Guardian (2001), although none are terribly memorable. A former runner up in the Miss Hawaii contest (1977), Leann got started with small guest roles on Hawaii Five-O and quickly made the move to Hollywood. She guested on Battlestar Galactica and Kate Loves A Mystery before appearing on the primetime show The Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo (1979-80), a fairly shortlived show. In 1982 she landed on Days Of Our Lives, playing Anna DiMera until 1986, a role that won her a Daytime Emmy. In 1986 she was added to the cast of the mega popular primetime soap opera Dynasty, playing Dana Carrington until 1988. Since then she has worked less, appearing on the ill fated Models Inc in 1994 and spending a year on Dawson's Creek (1998).
