Writeup: A relative newcomer to Hollywood, Laura Regan
has just gotten started. Her first film role was in the monster
hit Unbreakable, with Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson,
and in 2001 she had a role in the Ashley Judd hit Someone
Like You. 2002 brought roles in My Little Eye and the horror
film They. An excellent start for a budding actress, she seems
to get meatier parts as time goes by (her role in They was
the lead, a big break for her). 2003 brings us the telepic
Saving Jessica Lynch (on NBC during November sweeps). Now
if you ask me, this is disgustingly capitalistic on NBC's
part, and I certainly won't be watching, but it should be
a great part for Laura's career. The movie will probably get
a bunch of viewers, and she'll no doubt be the star. |
