Writeup: Kim Fields is a lifelong TV star, having
been a constant on network television since 1978. She first
appeared on the series Baby, I'm Back in 1978 and landed her
career making role the next year as Tootie on The Facts Of
Life, one of the most popular shows of the 80s. The show ran
from 1979-1988, making it one of the few shows in history
to have a 9 season or more run. In 1993 she was back on network
television, this time on the Fox show Living Single, which
ran until 1998. She has also appeared on the TV series The
Residents of Washington Heights (2002). She has also guest
starred on a number of TV shows, including Diff'rent Strokes,
227, Martin, Roc, The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air, Cupid, and
Strong Medicine. In addition to all that, Kim has taken on
directing, having directed episodes of many different network
shows, including Living Single, Kenan & Kel and Taina. |
