Writeup: Kathleen is a multi talented artist who is
adept at both music and acting, although she has focused on
the latter for most of her professional life. Her feature
film debut came in Private School... for Girls (1983) and
she has since appeared in more than 30 films, plus you have
all the TV work she's done. It all adds up to a fairly impressive
career in Hollywood. Her notable feature film work includes
The Morning After (1986), Campus Man (1987), Road House (1989),
Everybody Wins (1990), Fire in the Sky (1993), Getting Even
with Dad (1994), The Edge (1997), Drowning Mona (2000), Nurse
Betty (2000), and Pay It Forward (2000). I think it's fair
to say that Kathleen remains most well known for her work
on television, especially the TV series ER. In shows first
two years Kathleen played Chloe Lewis, Dr. Susan Lewis' drug
addicted sister. This was way back when the show was nabbing
35 million viewers a week, far and away the most popular on
television. She has also done a year on LA Law (1993-94),
and lent her voice to a few cartoons. |
