Writeup: Born in Hollywood, California, it seems to
me that it was destiny for Katherine to end up being a TV
star. The daughter of Keith Wegeman, an Olympic long jump
skier and Judith Lang, a commercial actress, Katherine graduated
from Beverly Hills High School. She made her feature film
debut in Skatetown, U.S.A. (1979). Other feature films include
Evilspeaks (1981), The Night Stalker (1987), Road Trip (1987),
Delta Fever (1987), Made in USA (1988) and Till the End of
the Night (1994). If you take a look at the titles, you know
it's not these films that have made Katherine famous. She
is best known, and has spent most of her career doing, soap
operas. Her first experienced was on The Young And The Restless
in 1981. After one year she left and reappeared on The Bold
And The Beautiful in 1987. She has basically been on B&B
ever since and currently stars there. There were a great deal
of TV guest starring spots early in her career as well. |
