Writeup: A lovely actress hailing from Chicago, Illinois,
Justina made her feature film debut in She's So Lovely (1997),
a film which starred Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn. The
previous year she had guest starred on NYPD Blue and Second
Noah, raising her profile significantly. She has worked steadily
in feature films since then, appearing in The Week That Girl
Died (1998), Swallows (1999), landing a lead role in Sticks
(2001), Artificial Intelligence: AI (2001), Dragonfly (2002),
Full Frontal (2002), Final Destination 2 (2003) and the upcoming
Torque (2004). She has appeared in a number of high profile
films and it seems that her parts are getting more significant,
a good sign for a budding film career. Despite her film work,
Justina has probably left her biggest mark in the realm of
television. She has done a number of TV guest stints, but
many people probably know her as Vanessa Diaz, Federico's
sometimes troubled wife on the HBO series Six Feet Under.
The show is a dramatic powerhouse and provides it's actors
with golden material week after week. Justina's role on the
show is a recurring part, but she never disappoints when she
gets screen time. In 2003 she was cast in the show 1-800-Missing,
a Lifetime series which also stars Gloria Reuben. The show's
premiere delivered the highest rated series premiere in the
