Writeup: When it comes to characterizing actresses,
Julie would definitely fall into the category of a cutie.
Petite and blonde, she has a dazzling white smile that makes
it impossible not to like her as an actress. After a couple
of TV movies and the failed TV series Extreme, Julie appeared
opposite Adam Sandler in the goofy film Happy Gilmore. While
not a huge hit, it gave her career a boost and she went on
to bigger and better things. These include roles in Multiplicity
and An American Werewolf In Paris, as well as another TV series
(Three, which failed as well), and a yearlong featured role
on ER. However, it wasn't until 2000 that Julie landed her
big break, a role on the NBC series Ed, playing love interest
Carol Vessey. The part fit her like a glove and she's been
lighting up the screen ever since. She has also spent her
hiatus filming a number of movies, appearing in four films
in 2001. |
