Writeup: Hailing from Surrey, England, Julia was,
at one point, the It Girl in Hollywood. She began her acting
career in England, starring in the mini series Traffik and
the TV show Capital City before moving on to three well received
made for TV movies. She also had roles in three feature films
before her big break, starring opposite Brad Pitt, Anthony
Hopkins and Aidan Quinn in The Legends Of The Fall. The following
year she starred opposite Sean Connery and Richard Gere in
First Knight and Hollywood stardom seemed right at her fingertips.
Her next film was Sabrina, opposite Harrison Ford, and it
was a horrible failure. I'm not sure if that's what derailed
her career, of if she chose to leave the Hollywood scene,
but Julia hasn't really been heard from since. She has starred
in two foreign films and a couple of low budget indie films.
It's unfortunate, because Julia was singularly beautiful,
with soft, innocent looks and a dazzling smile. |
