Writeup: A cute young actress, Joey Lauren Adams began
her career in the early 90's in various films aimed at the
young teenage crowd (Mallrats, Dazed And Confused, The Program,
etc). It seems as though she's been poised for stardom for
years now, but it's just not happening. I thought for sure
she'd hit it big after her star turn in Big Daddy, but that
being an Adam Sandler vehicle, I guess there just wasn't much
room for a female lead. Since that film, she hasn't really
bagged a big time role, although she's worked steadily and
will continue to do so for a long time it seems. More of a
cutie pie than a beautiful girl, Joey has lovely blonde hair
and an innate sexiness that you can't teach. It's those qualities
that will keep her working for many years to come. |
