Writeup: Joely Fisher is an exuberant, pretty red
head who made her feature film debut in 1986's Pretty Smart.
However, it wasn't until 5 years later that we caught sight
of her again, this time in the TV movie Dedicated To The One
I Love. There were also TV guest starring roles mixed in,
but it wasn't until 1994's TV show Ellen that Joely hit the
big time. Starring talented comedian Ellen Degeneres, the
show was a big hit for four years. Joely was a supporting
character, but she was the most prominently featured supporting
character, and the show led to a smattering of other roles.
Her feature film roles include The Mask, Mixed Nuts, Family
Plan, and Inspector Gadget. The new millenium has not been
particularly lucky, feature five TV shows, four of them canceled.
They are as follows: Normal, Ohio, Grosse Pointe, Danny, Baby
Bob and Wild Card. The last hasn't been canceled as far as
I know, but anything can happen. |
