Writeup: Jessica Steen has led a long and fruitful
career just on the outside of stardom, performing in many
feature films, made for TV movies and TV shows. She debuted
in the feature film Threshold (1981) and hasn't really looked
back since. Her feature films include A Judgement In Stone
(1986), John And The Missus (1987), Sing (1989), Dog Watch
(1996), Trial And Error (1997), and Armageddon (1998). Most
fan's of Jessica probably know her from her work on television,
where she has been a series regular on six shows, in addition
to guest starring on countless shows. The shows she has been
a regular on are Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future
(1987), Homefront (1991), Loving (1991), Earth 2 (1994), Murder
One (during the 1997 season) and Stargate: Atlantis (2004
- this one hasn't actually hit the air yet, but sci-fi shows
generally make cult icons out of their stars). None of her
shows have been longtime hits, but the future looks good. |
