Writeup: Jennifer Runyon made her feature film debut
in To All a Good Night (1980) and the very next year introduced
herself to daytime audiences with a role on Another World,
playing Sally Spencer from 1981-1983. The very next year she
landed a role on the mega popular 80s show Charles In Charge,
playing Gwendolyn Pierce for the 84-85 season. That basically
spells the high point of her career, but she has had a few
other notable roles. Other feature films include Up the Creek
(1984), Ghost Busters (1984, playing female student Jennifer),
The Falcon and the Snowman (1985), Flight of the Spruce Goose
(1987), The In Crowd (1988), Killing Streets (1991) and Carnosaur
(1993), an awful sci-fi film starring Diane Ladd as a genetecist
who plans to wipe out human kind in favor of Dinosaurs she
has genetically engineered. Jennifer also has a great deal
of experience in TV movies, having appeared in Blue de Ville
(1986), The Highwayman (1987), A Very Brady Christmas (1988,
replacing Susan Olsen as Cindy Brady), Quantum Leap: Genesis
(1989). After the aforementioned Carnosaur Jennifer didn't
work again. |
