Writeup: Born in Illinois, Jayne Brook has become
a well known TV actress with an impressive resume of feature
film credits as well. Her first feature film role was in 1987's
Superman IV: The Quest For Peace. Three years later things
really picked up when she appeared in Kindergarten Cop, the
TV movie The Endless Game and the TV show WIOU all in the
same year. It was something of a coming out party. Since then
she has worked consistently in all three mediums. Her feature
films include Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead (1991),
Bye Bye, Love (1995), Ed (1996), Last Dance (1996), and Gattaca
(1997). Jayne is probably best known for her work on TV shows.
She's been a series regular on four shows over the years,
and nothing works better than TV to get your face in front
of the world. Her shows include the aforementioned WIOU, Sirens
(1993), Chicago Hope (1995-1999), The District (2000-2001),
Imagine That (2002) and John Doe (2002). |
