Writeup: Before making it as an actress, Janet Gunn
held down a series of interesting jobs, including a flight
attendant for Southwest Airlines, a car salemans and a Dallas
Cowboys cheerleader. Her first experience with show business
was as a stuntwoman for Susan Howard on the long running primetime
soap Dallas. In 1992 Janet beat out hundreds of other actresses
for the role of Kelly Cochrane on the CBS series Dark Justice,
a show that ran from 1992-1993 and served as Janet's big break.
Her other big role was the sexy USA Network series Silk Stalkings,
where she starred as Cassy St. John from 1996-1999 and even
directed an episode. She has also starred in the B level movies
Night of the Running Man (1994), The Quest (1996), Primal
Species (1996), The Nurse (1997) and Inferno (2001). She also
does significant guest starring roles on TV, although we haven't
heard much from her since 2002. |
