Writeup: For three decades Jane Fonda was an acting
powerhouse and mainstay on the Hollywood scene. She starred
in more than thirty films and tv movies, earning seven Oscar
nominations and taking home two statues. Although reviled
by many for her efforts in Vietnam during the war there, Jane
remains one of the most celebrated actresses in Hollywood
history (nobody gets that many nominations without being a
talent). She hasn't done a film since 1990's Stanley &
Iris, but she is currently cast in the 2004 film Monster In
Law, so perhaps Jane is planning a return to the big screen.
