Writeup: Hilarie Burton was born and raised in Loudoun
County, Virginia and dreamed of being an actress throughout
most of her young life. After high school she moved to New
York to attend college and pursue her acting dream. Luckily,
it didn't take all that long for her to hit it big. She won
a contest that gave her a guest spot interviewing celebs on
the red carpet for MTV. The network liked the way it turned
out so much that they offered her a full time gig as the host
of Total Request Live. So now she does various gigs at MTV,
including TRL and the show Beat Seekers. In 2003 she landed
a role on the WB series One Tree Hill playing Peyton Sawyer.
The drama was just picked up for a full season, so the future
looks good. |
