Writeup: A well respected movie and stage actor, Glenn
Close saw her heyday in the 1980's, nabbing five Oscar nominations
(no wins) in the decade. Her standout performance, and still
one of her most memorable, was as the psycho bitch Alex Forrest
in 1987's Fatal Attraction (men, if we learned anything from
that movie, it's this: Don't cheat on your wife or a psycho
bitch may boil your daughter's rabbit.). As the 90's rolled
around Glenn assumed the mantle of a well respected older
actress and saw some of her biggest box office hit's come
in the form of 101 Dalmations and Air Force One. Still an
amazing actress, she should be fabulous in the remake of the
camp classic The Stepford Wives, Glenn remains an American
acting treasure. |
