Writeup: Now here's a truly multi talented artist.
Eve began her career as a hip hop artist, selling a bunch
of albums and gaining world wide fame as one of the few credible
female rappers out there. In 2002 Eve began a rapid and massive
expansion into other fields with her role in Barbershop, the
hit Ice Cube film. A small role in the Vin Diesel film XXX
followed, and it was off and running for Eve. She is scheduled
to appear in Barbershop 2, as well as The Woodsman and The
Cookout in 2004. In addition to her feature film career Eve
has a hit series on the UPN called "Eve." The series
actually garnered decent reviews when it premiered, which
is something of a rarity for a UPN show. The final piece of
Eve's empire is her fashion line, which she regularly models
on her show (very nice example of cross promotion). Eve is
a superstar already and a powerhouse in the making. |
