| The
Writeup: A former model, Emma Sjoberg embarked on
a serious acting career in 1998 when she landed the role of
Petra in the French action/comedy Taxi. The film is about
a pizza delivery boy who quits hit job to become a taxi driver.
However, he really dreams about becoming an F1 pilot and this
leads to his speeding, and subsequently getting arrested for
an enormous speeding violation. He is then convinced to help
the police to avoid punishment for his crime. Lots of excellent
action scenes involving cars ensue. After Taxi she appeared
in the awful Dennis Rodman/Jean Claude Van Damme flick Simon
Sez as a dancer and then returned to France to star in Taxi
2 (2000). 2003 brought Taxi 3, and Emma has little else on
her resume aside from a short film entitled Petite copine
(2000). She was however a very successful and beautiful model,
and may very well still be doing that for all I know. |
