Writeup: A talented singer and actress, Eden was a
Broadway Kid as a teenager as was Lacey Chabert. Strangely
enough, Eden's big Hollywood break, as Bianca Montgomery on
All My Children, was a role that Lacey Chabert also played,
albeit in 1990, ten years before Eden took over the role.
Eden's character made a little bit of news on All My Children
by "coming out" as a lesbian, making her the only
current gay character on daytime television. Further making
news, on April 22, 2003, Eden's character, Bianca, shared
a lesbian kiss with her best friend Lena, played by Olga Sosnovska.
It is said to be the first lesbian kiss on daytime television.
Eden has also starred in a few feature films, lending her
voice, both singing and talking, to The Prince Of Egypt (1999),
plus appearing in American Pie (1999) and Play For Me (1999).
Prior to her role on All My Children Eden was attending Harvard,
something she has put on hold for now. |
