Writeup: Hailing from Australia, Claudia Black has
become a cult TV star in the United States thanks to her role
on the Sci-Fi network TV show Farscape. The show ran from
1999-2003 and drew a rabid and dedicated fanbase to it's stars.
She's also a beautiful actress, so it certainly helps to draw
in the typical male viewers of a sci-fi series. Before her
role on Farscape, Claudia had a role on the soap A Country
Practice and a role on the short lived series City Life (1996).
She has also starred in the feature films Amazong High (1999),
Pitch Black (2000) and Queen Of The Damned (2002). She has
also guest starred on a number of popular shows including
Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, BeastMaster, and Xena: Warrior
