Writeup: You all know the name, and you've all probably
seen the show at some point in your life. Barbara Eden was
the star, and title character, in the hit 60's show I Dream
Of Jeannie. Playing, what else, a Jeannie, she charmed audiences
week after week as the dim witted Jeannie with lots of love.
Prior to her landing the role on the show, Barbara had played
mostly decorative roles in a series of feature films. In the
years after the show's cancellation, Barbara has mostly stuck
to TV movies, appearing in more than 20 over the years. She
also appears occasionally in a feature film, although none
of any importance in the last thirty years. |
