Writeup: Amanda Wyss first appeared in the made for
TV flick This House Possessed in 1981, and followed it up
with roles in two more telepics before appearing on the big
screen in Fast Times At Ridgemont High. A role in 1984's A
Nightmare On Elm Street solidified her as a quality teen performer,
and led to roles in Silverado (1985), Better Off Dead (1985),
Flag (1986), and To Die For (1989). The early 90s saw her
in a prolific period in her career, appearing in six feature
films and a TV movie by 1992. Most fans probably know Amanda
best for her role in one the first season of the syndicated
TV show Highlander. She has since appeared in the occasional
low budget feature film. |
